Joel Ekman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Rocendo in the 15th minute of play. Joel Ekman came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Powiśle Warszawa's Lorenzo Rocendo. But to his dismay, Lorenzo Rocendo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Joel Ekman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominik Maziarski in the 19th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Powiśle Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Radomir Lato. Joel Ekman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Rocendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Samba Fotboll U21's Joel Ekman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Maziarski in the 27th minute of play. After some careless play in the Samba Fotboll U21 defense, Dominik Maziarski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Ekman. The Samba Fotboll U21 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Ekman should have stopped the shot. After the first half Powiśle Warszawa were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dominik Maziarski made a kick off. Joel Ekman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lorenzo Rocendo in the 51st minute. 56 minutes into the game, Wawrzyniec Trac recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joel Ekman. Wawrzyniec Trac showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Joel Ekman made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Pawel Wolnik sent off a good shot on target. Lorenzo Rocendo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Joel Ekman made a huge save. After 62 played minutes Samba Fotboll U21 got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Sillén. Viktor Sillén hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute Teobald Turek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Ekman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Ekman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslaw Drab in the 68th minute of play. Samba Fotboll U21's Joel Ekman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Samba Fotboll U21 from getting a goal against them. Powiśle Warszawa's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
