The supporters of Jastreb booed when Söderhall was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vidar Gummeson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute of the match Jastreb got a corner. Söderhall's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Börje Forsberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Ilko Smoje almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Söderhall's Svante Stenqvist did a great save. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Vidar Gummeson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Söderhall's supporters rose to their feet, but Vidar Gummeson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Navarro Montoya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 22 minutes into the match, Söderhall's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Forsberg came free, but Svante Stenqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Luka Mata left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jastreb fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a little luck, Jastreb's Navarro Montoya got control of the ball when Zygmunt Wrzosek tried to sneak it across the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Söderhall reached it.
