After taking down the ball on Schuster's corner Flavio Miconi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zilar Presedo quite easily take care of the ball. Daniele Sacchi hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Donato Ali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jader Duran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Schuster's Mauro Bezerra got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zilar Presedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Bezerra in the 24th minute of play. James Rodriguez kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Saul Piarres sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and San Marino Thm's Zilar Presedo didn't even have to move. In the 26th minute, Mauro Bezerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
