In the 12thth minute of the game Nils Mikaelsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bludovice's Huang Chao Ling was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kronan's zone, Ondřej Cejnar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vilhelm Brander came out of the goal and Ondřej Cejnar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, Patrik Kašík dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vilhelm Brander, 2-0. Vilhelm Brander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Martinelli in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Per-Åke Galle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kronan's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Åke Galle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Huang Chao Ling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
