An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Morais in the 29th minute of play forced Belfegor FC's goalkeeper Fede Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Mercedes defense, Shi Ao Jian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augusto Ellande. The Mercedes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augusto Ellande should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd minute Marten Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Ellande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute of the match, Jan-Ivar Nordmo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fede Gomes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Belfegor FC's Fede Gomes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Belfegor FC from getting a goal against them. The Belfegor FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mercedes's performance. The match ended with a win for Mercedes.
