The audience thought a goal was coming when Santiago Meruendano got free with Vassilis Chatzipetrou in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, The Undertaker's Akis Tzanetakos got a free kick in the 12th minute. Santiago Meruendano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olle Melander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Vassilis Chatzipetrou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Akis Tzanetakos hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Santiago Meruendano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Union Y Progreso F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Santiago Meruendano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th minute, Themos Serifis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Union Y Progreso F.C.'s Vassilis Chatzipetrou threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zeng Ting Xing, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by The Undertaker's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fabio Cordarell was slow to take the kick. During this time Union Y Progreso F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Fabio Cordarell almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The Undertaker's Vassilis Chatzipetrou did a great save. A collision led to The Undertaker getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Stratos Petroutsos hit a great ball. Vassilis Chatzipetrou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeng Ting Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Akis Tzanetakos kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in The Undertaker's zone, Zeng Ting Xing stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vassilis Chatzipetrou came out of the goal and Zeng Ting Xing tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vassilis Chatzipetrou made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pan Zheng Li in the 39th minute. Olle Melander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michalis Athanasopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ali Vedat Çelikyay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, The Undertaker's Thymios Kandarakis got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santiago Meruendano got free with Vassilis Chatzipetrou in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 53 minutes The Undertaker's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabio Cordarell who took care of the corner kick. 56 minutes into the game, Pan Zheng Li cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Vassilis Chatzipetrou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Olle Melander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeng Ting Xing in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vassilis Chatzipetrou prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 62 minutes, Zeng Ting Xing made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. The Undertaker's Vassilis Chatzipetrou tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ali Vedat Çelikyay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akis Tzanetakos in the 67th minute of the match. Zeng Ting Xing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Vassilis Chatzipetrou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Zeng Ting Xing managed to get in a good position for a shot. Union Y Progreso F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Zeng Ting Xing was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vassilis Chatzipetrou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vassilis Chatzipetrou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pan Zheng Li in the 73rd minute of play. After 74 minutes The Undertaker's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabio Cordarell who took care of the corner kick. Union Y Progreso F.C.'s Santiago Meruendano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vassilis Chatzipetrou in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 83 minutes into the match, Santiago Meruendano notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of The Undertaker's Vassilis Chatzipetrou. Vassilis Chatzipetrou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Undertaker's Vassilis Chatzipetrou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Ting Xing in the 87th minute of play. Vassilis Chatzipetrou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeng Ting Xing in the 90th minute of play. Akis Tzanetakos kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Lazaros Zoumakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Vedat Çelikyay having to interfere.
