Spectators: 169 (Terracing: 127, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Emerald's Victor Piţurcă started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Victor Piţurcă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yoel Quevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Recolta Alamor were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Emerald's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Damian Dean took the corner. Wes Nichols was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 彭树邦 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norman Donnelly, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Victor Piţurcă had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yoel Quevedo. Recolta Alamor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Piţurcă was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Victor Piţurcă took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yoel Quevedo. Yoel Quevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Emerald were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Recolta Alamor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gabriel Vermeşan took the corner. In the 25th minute Ferdinand Condrea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yoel Quevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 彭树邦 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norman Donnelly in the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute of the match Recolta Alamor got a corner. Emerald's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Damian Dean ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Theodore Cagle got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 彭树邦 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 32 played minutes Recolta Alamor got a freekick which was hit by Brandon Newby. Norman Donnelly could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but 彭树邦 made a huge save. Emerald's 彭树邦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norman Donnelly in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute Ferdinand Condrea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yoel Quevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Norman Donnelly came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Recolta Alamor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norman Donnelly couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norman Donnelly in the 47th minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper 彭树邦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Norman Donnelly to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Hurşit Cemşit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd match minute, Recolta Alamor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brandon Newby to maneuver through the defense. Yoel Quevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă in the 53rd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Norman Donnelly came free, but 彭树邦 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brandon Newby made in the 68th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Emerald's Damian Furlit. 68 minutes into the match, Emerald's Victor Piţurcă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yoel Quevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norman Donnelly in the 70th minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper 彭树邦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yoel Quevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Piţurcă in the 72nd minute of the match. Emerald's 彭树邦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wes Nichols in the 76th minute of play. Chris Bateman hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Recolta Alamor's Phil Riggs was substituted for Chris Bateman. Brandon Newby made in the 80th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Roberto Contreras immediately put the ball in play. Norman Donnelly struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. 彭树邦 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Recolta Alamor. 彭树邦 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wes Nichols, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Emerald supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Emerald would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
