An unexpectedly hard shot by Norman Donnelly in the 11th minute of play forced INGOBERNABLE F.C's goalkeeper Renán Rocafort to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wes Nichols recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Recolta Alamor's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Sando came free, but Yoel Quevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yoel Quevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Norman Donnelly to make the kick off. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Deshawn Souza the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Recolta Alamor protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Deshawn Souza had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Recolta Alamor made a substitution. Phil Riggs replaced Chris Bateman. Martin Retana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Phil Riggs made in the 92nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Wes Nichols. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. INGOBERNABLE F.C fully deserved thier win.
