Joel Alén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivor Peake, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Petre Encuțescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Markus Löfgren in the 8th minute. Joel Alén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Vaz in the 14th minute of the match. Joel Alén stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cássio Rocks's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Petre Encuțescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Markus Löfgren in the 18th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Markus Wenerdahl got free with Petre Encuțescu in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 22 played minutes MaLe FC got a freekick which was hit by Milo Tatum. Cássio Rocks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sixten Trillkott blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petre Encuțescu having to make a save. In the 28th minute Sixten Trillkott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petre Encuțescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Emīls Umbrass had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MaLe FC's Markus Wenerdahl got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Petre Encuțescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 邵城邦, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Zecku's Petre Encuțescu got control of the ball when Markus Wenerdahl tried to sneak it across the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Petre Encuțescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Markus Wenerdahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Encuțescu having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Zecku's Isidoro Manilan got a free kick in the 76th minute. Zecku's Petre Encuțescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Umberto Nunes in the 78th minute of play. Petre Encuțescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Markus Wenerdahl in the 79th minute of play. Ante Rebić hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Zecku defense, 邵城邦 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petre Encuțescu. The Zecku fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petre Encuțescu should have stopped the shot. The MaLe FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Zecku's performance. The match ended with a win for Zecku.
