Plast i Naturen FC's Elpidio Pan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Izquierdo in the 35th minute of play. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Alfred Andersson advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-1 in the 88th minute. When the final whistle sounded Martin Palermo F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Plast i Naturen FC.
