C.A.M.P were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Dep Colonia Avellaneda's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sven-Edvin Björklund took the corner. After taking down the ball on C.A.M.P's corner Sven-Edvin Björklund fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Victoriano Bernaldo quite easily take care of the ball. In the 7th minute Leopoldo Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Miguel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, C.A.M.P's José Miguel got control of the ball when Leopoldo Rosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Miguel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darryl Buckner in the 13th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Michael Melander came free, but Victoriano Bernaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Karl-Michael Melander notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo. Victoriano Bernaldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karl-Michael Melander might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victoriano Bernaldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Karl-Michael Melander ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the match, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Michael Melander came free, but Victoriano Bernaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Miguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Rosa in the 24th minute of play. C.A.M.P's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dep Colonia Avellaneda the free kick. In the 30th match minute, C.A.M.P was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Edvin Björklund to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, C.A.M.P's goal looked a bit too open when Darryl Buckner came free, but José Miguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Dep Colonia Avellaneda booed when C.A.M.P was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Edvin Björklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Pascual Lesardo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Victoriano Bernaldo came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.M.P's Karl-Michael Melander. But to his dismay, Karl-Michael Melander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After the first half C.A.M.P were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Darryl Buckner made a kick off. Karl-Michael Melander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victoriano Bernaldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. José Miguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Rosa in the 57th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goalkeeper Victoriano Bernaldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Michael Melander. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Rosa in the 66th minute of play forced C.A.M.P's goalkeeper José Miguel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, C.A.M.P's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Rosa came free, but José Miguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Miguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Libertad in the 67th minute of play. José Miguel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Silbestre in the 68th minute of the match. Victoriano Bernaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedykt Pyrzyce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Miguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Libertad in the 73rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Darryl Buckner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Miguel was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. C.A.M.P's Danilo Gentza was substituted for Jiang Jun Le. C.A.M.P's Son Pas was substituted for Dani Caceres. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.A.M.P's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Claudio Cerritos was slow to take the kick. During this time Dep Colonia Avellaneda's players had a chance to rest. In the 84thth minute of the game Gilberto Romero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 84th match minute, C.A.M.P was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Valiente to maneuver through the defense. Cirilo Botello hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. José Miguel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Rosa in the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, C.A.M.P's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Rosa came free, but José Miguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wei Li in the 91st minute of play forced C.A.M.P's goalkeeper José Miguel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Miguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Rosa in the 93rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Darryl Buckner sped through C.A.M.P's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of José Miguel. C.A.M.P succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Dep Colonia Avellaneda had controlled the match.
