The crowd rose to their feet as LA DEL MONO's Vince Easton slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Erivaldo Hermes. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. Erivaldo Hermes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vince Easton in the 24th minute of play. LA DEL MONO's Esteban Criston got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kasper Dalman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrew Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute, Vince Easton reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Erivaldo Hermes. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 32nd minute, Vince Easton made a precise shot to the right of Erivaldo Hermes. O MOTIVO ⚽'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 38 minutes of play, O MOTIVO ⚽'s Yan Penha made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kasper Dalman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vince Easton kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Botello in the 43rd minute of play forced O MOTIVO ⚽'s goalkeeper Erivaldo Hermes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kasper Dalman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yan Penha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yan Penha was the one to do the kick off. Kasper Dalman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Bertoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 53rd minute, O MOTIVO ⚽'s Kazimierz Rosen seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kazimierz Rosen the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of O MOTIVO ⚽ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kazimierz Rosen had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. O MOTIVO ⚽'s Paulão Batista was substituted for Yan Penha. O MOTIVO ⚽'s attentive Andrew Murillo managed to snatch the ball when Esteban Criston made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. It was Emili Lean who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Emili Lean got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kasper Dalman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Caetano Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasper Dalman having to interfere. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. LA DEL MONO were victorious despite being under pressure from O MOTIVO ⚽ for much of the match.
