The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, JEC - FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liu Xiang Zhen to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Riley Trotter, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Ladislao Gines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Carlos Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Gines in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Gines in the 19th minute of play forced JEC - FC's goalkeeper Carlos Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Ramos was a little too slow when Ladislao Gines got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-0. JEC - FC's Carlos Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save JEC - FC from getting a goal against them. Carlos Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Gines in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute Tarcisio Galvão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jude Crocker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Gines in the 41st minute of play forced JEC - FC's goalkeeper Carlos Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Gines, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

52 minutes into the match, Ladislao Gines had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlos Ramos. JEC - FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Gines was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Célestin Harter was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 58 minutes into the match. A collision led to JEC - FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Célestin Harter hit a great ball. JEC - FC's Carlos Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leevi Kampman in the 59th minute of play. Carlos Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Gines in the 63rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Creekers's Ladislao Gines got a free kick in the 64th minute. JEC - FC's Carlos Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Gines in the 69th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ladislao Gines managed to get in a good position for a shot. Creekers's supporters rose to their feet, but Ladislao Gines was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo Driscoll in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Ramos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jude Crocker made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Tarcisio Galvão sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tarcisio Galvão got free with Jude Crocker in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carlos Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Driscoll in the 86th minute of play. Carlos Ramos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reynaldo Driscoll went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. JEC - FC made a substitution. Luisinho Ribeiro replaced Ricardinho Maia. Carlos Ramos came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Creekers's Reynaldo Driscoll. But to his dismay, Reynaldo Driscoll quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Creekers's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
