Romeo Micael went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led CeciForEver's Romeo Micael to fire away a dangerous shot which Mikael Damm despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Youri Borderie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Youri Borderie got free with Fermin Basajaun in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Youri Borderie came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the U.S.Normande fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Youri Borderie couldn't finish the play.
