After having played for 8 minutes, Perivaldo Paulista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Locomotiva grena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Perivaldo Paulista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jano Mattos in the 10th minute of play forced Galaxy Team U18's goalkeeper Lucjan Gierlach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucjan Gierlach was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Osvaldo Soares showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Perivaldo Paulista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galaxy Team U18's Lucjan Gierlach proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Galaxy Team U18 from getting a goal against them. Lucjan Gierlach acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Arlindo Barral. Dorian Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimierz Lichucki in the 31st minute of play. Damian Malewicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Dorian Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Szostak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorian Machado having to interfere. The Galaxy Team U18 fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Galaxy Team U18's Kazimierz Lichucki looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Osvaldo Soares came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Locomotiva grena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Soares couldn't finish the play. Lucjan Gierlach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jano Mattos in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvaldo Soares was the one to do the kick off. Osvaldo Soares took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucjan Gierlach. Lucjan Gierlach dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Jano Mattos scored 3-1 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucjan Gierlach, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucjan Gierlach took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Perivaldo Paulista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Locomotiva grena booed when Galaxy Team U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wlodzimierz Mondrowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Szostak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorian Machado having to interfere. Locomotiva grena were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Galaxy Team U18's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Eduardo Vinhas took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Cássio Moreira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucjan Gierlach quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 80th minute, Perivaldo Paulista made a precise shot to the right of Lucjan Gierlach. Galaxy Team U18's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. The supporters of Galaxy Team U18 booed when Locomotiva grena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabiano Albuquerque didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 played minutes Galaxy Team U18 got a freekick which was hit by Ulryk Konopka. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kazimierz Lichucki got free with Dorian Machado in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Galaxy Team U18's Ulryk Konopka got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Osvaldo Soares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
