Agah Özver was slow to take the kick. During this time Trabzonspor's players had a chance to rest. Gelp 22's Ilie Oprea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agah Özver in the 7th minute of play. Eliseo Natanael made in the 8th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Natalio Froylan. Ilie Oprea didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Agah Özver blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilie Oprea having to make a save. Gelp 22's Ilie Oprea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Gelp 22 from getting a goal against them. Agah Özver might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ilie Oprea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agah Özver ran back to his position shaking his head. 17 minutes into the match, Gelp 22's goal looked a bit too open when Agah Özver came free, but Ilie Oprea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucio Claus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agah Özver received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ilie Oprea came out and tried to block the shot, but Agah Özver slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 21st minute. Ataman Kutun kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Agah Özver took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilie Oprea. Ilie Oprea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Gelp 22's Ilie Oprea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Gelp 22 from getting a goal against them. Ilie Oprea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agah Özver in the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Gelp 22's goal looked a bit too open when Agah Özver came free, but Ilie Oprea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bedrettin Özaktuğ's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ilie Oprea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Agah Özver blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilie Oprea having to make a save. Gelp 22's Ilie Oprea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Gelp 22 from getting a goal against them. Alonzo Firme got a throw-in 41 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Natalio Froylan. Ilie Oprea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agah Özver in the 44th minute. Trabzonspor were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Gelp 22's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Agah Özver took the corner. The corner ended in Bedrettin Özaktuğ almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gelp 22's Ilie Oprea did a great save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agah Özver to make the kick off. Ilie Oprea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agah Özver, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Ataman Kutun kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dalmacio Basualdo in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yunus Civan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 62 minutes into the match, Gelp 22's goal looked a bit too open when Agah Özver came free, but Ilie Oprea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Gelp 22's goal looked a bit too open when Agah Özver came free, but Ilie Oprea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 minutes of play, Trabzonspor's Duran Ersan made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilie Oprea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Trabzonspor's Aybar Gürçınar was substituted for Guter Acosta. In the 81st minute, Duran Ersan made a precise shot to the right of Ilie Oprea. Gelp 22's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Duran Ersan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilie Oprea having to make a save. In the 84th minute Duran Ersan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilie Oprea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ilie Oprea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Duran Ersan went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Natalio Froylan hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Trabzonspor's Duran Ersan got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Duran Ersan scored 8-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ilie Oprea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Trabzonspor fully deserved thier win.
