Rondeau's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Genaro Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvise Di Crescenzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Alvise Di Crescenzo might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Genaro Sidro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alvise Di Crescenzo ran back to his position shaking his head. Genaro Sidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvise Di Crescenzo in the 30th minute of play. Kurt Björkdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Modestio in the 31st minute of play. ★Stadion Śląski Chorzów★™'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Saturnino Nafarroa in the 34th minute. Saturnino Nafarroa made a great header on ★Stadion Śląski Chorzów★™'s corner, it was just that Rondeau's Genaro Sidro managed to reach the ball for a save. If Alvise Di Crescenzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rondeau's goalkeeper Genaro Sidro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rondeau's Teodosio Primeiro was substituted for Basilio Modestio. After 72 minutes Rondeau's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Saturnino Nafarroa who took care of the corner kick. In the 80th minute, Alvise Di Crescenzo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Genaro Sidro was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Rondeau made a substitution. Julio Ekialde replaced Prospero Enaut. Genaro Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvise Di Crescenzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The supporters of Rondeau booed when ★Stadion Śląski Chorzów★™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janusz Teofila didn't get a good kick on the ball.
