The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wincent Czajkowski in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Shen Yi Yuan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Guardian Force's Konstanty Posadzki got control of the ball when Augusto Stephen tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Guardian Force's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Augusto Stephen was slow to take the kick. During this time Goblins F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. In the 13th match minute, Guardian Force was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Peter van Damme to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Guardian Force booed when Goblins F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Stephen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 minutes Guardian Force's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Augusto Stephen who took care of the corner kick. Augusto Stephen made a great header on Goblins F.C.'s corner, it was just that Guardian Force's Konstanty Posadzki managed to reach the ball for a save. Shen Yi Yuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uku Orav in the 33rd minute of the match. Goblins F.C.'s Raúl Ungaro suffered a sore thigh after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 35 minutes, Uku Orav mouthed his way into the referee's book. Guardian Force's supporters rose to their feet, but Uku Orav was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shen Yi Yuan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Uku Orav to make the kick off. Jacek Cwojdak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Shen Yi Yuan made a huge save. A collision led to Goblins F.C. getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Cris Beckenbauer hit a great ball. Jacek Cwojdak's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Shen Yi Yuan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Konstanty Posadzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Stephen in the 69th minute of the match. After 70 minutes Guardian Force's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Augusto Stephen who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Vangel Hrulev heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 75th minute, Edvard Carlsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Augusto Stephen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Jacek Cwojdak notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Goblins F.C.'s Shen Yi Yuan. Shen Yi Yuan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A nice corner shot did that Wincent Czajkowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Shen Yi Yuan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Goblins F.C.'s Edgar Lind got a free kick in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Goblins F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jacek Cwojdak came free, but Shen Yi Yuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Goblins F.C.'s Shen Yi Yuan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Goblins F.C. from getting a goal against them. The Goblins F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Guardian Force were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
