Soda f c's Andy Garcia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Soda f c from getting a goal against them. 6 minutes into the match, Soda f c's goalkeeper Andy Garcia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hermann Luscher. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Friesenwerdermoor's goalkeeper Prospero Goethe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Andy Garcia made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Pekin Energin sent off a good shot on target. After 14 played minutes Friesenwerdermoor got a freekick which was hit by Jona Hegekötter. With a little luck, Soda f c's Andy Garcia got control of the ball when Lennard Rossmanith tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 19 minutes, Hermann Luscher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Friesenwerdermoor and the Soda f c players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Friesenwerdermoor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermann Luscher to maneuver through the defense. Lennard Rossmanith could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Andy Garcia made a huge save. Friesenwerdermoor's Prospero Goethe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ümit Daman in the 28th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Ümit Daman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prospero Goethe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Soda f c's attentive Fabian Etor managed to snatch the ball when Jona Hegekötter made a throw-in in the 35th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ümit Daman in the 36th minute of play forced Friesenwerdermoor's goalkeeper Prospero Goethe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ümit Daman in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prospero Goethe saved Friesenwerdermoor from getting behind. In the 44th minute, Ümit Daman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soda f c fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ümit Daman made a kick off. If Pekin Energin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prospero Goethe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ümit Daman in the 64th minute. Joaquin Mark's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prospero Goethe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. With a little luck, Friesenwerdermoor's Prospero Goethe got control of the ball when Ümit Daman tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Ümit Daman came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Soda f c fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ümit Daman couldn't finish the play. Friesenwerdermoor's Iwan Dziechciowski was substituted for Pekin Energin. Friesenwerdermoor's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Zézinho Moraes scored to the left of an out of position Prospero Goethe, making the score, 1-3. Prospero Goethe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zézinho Moraes in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, Friesenwerdermoor's goalkeeper Prospero Goethe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zézinho Moraes. 93 minutes into the match, Zézinho Moraes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Prospero Goethe, 1-4. The Soda f c supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Soda f c would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
