Jean-Pierre Cardinal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Prospero Goethe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beniamin Sakowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pekin Energin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jurand Zawadzki got free with Prospero Goethe in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jurand Zawadzki hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. The supporters of GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW booed when Friesenwerdermoor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermann Luscher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jean-Pierre Cardinal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jean-Pierre Cardinal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prospero Goethe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Pekin Energin in the 56th minute of play forced GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's goalkeeper Beniamin Sakowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prospero Goethe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasio Bienienda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Beniamin Sakowicz got control of the ball when Ingemar Mense tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 62nd match minute, Friesenwerdermoor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Schade to maneuver through the defense. In the 81stth minute of the game Iwan Dziechciowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Beniamin Sakowicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iwan Dziechciowski got free with Beniamin Sakowicz in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lennard Rossmanith hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Prospero Goethe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Pierre Cardinal, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the game, Jona Hegekötter threw the ball into play from the sideline. GKS 1977 BEŁCHATÓW's Şahap Kuddus quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.
