The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Baldaia got free with Rodolfo Calvet in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kermit Froggaard scored 2-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dagoberto Zonta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dagoberto Zonta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Ángel Gambier in the 41st minute of the match. The corner ended in Bat Man almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Academia de Campeones's Rodolfo Calvet did a great save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Paulo Baldaia took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodolfo Calvet. Rodolfo Calvet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Rodolfo Calvet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Baldaia in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute Paulo Baldaia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Calvet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Baldaia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Calvet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Paulo Baldaia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Calvet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨'s Iwo Bentkowski was substituted for Paulo Baldaia. ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨ made a substitution. Rodolfo Calvet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwo Bentkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Iwo Bentkowski sped through Academia de Campeones's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rodolfo Calvet. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Academia de Campeones had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
