FC Alytus United's Daugirdas Burokas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Navarro in the 3rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luis Navarro in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daugirdas Burokas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Legio X Eqvestris's Luis Navarro got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daavid Šembera in the 12th minute of play forced Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Ariel Gustau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Alytus United's Lauras Normantas got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daavid Šembera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ariel Gustau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ariel Gustau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lauras Normantas's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, FC Alytus United's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Santio came free, but Daugirdas Burokas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Luis Navarro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daugirdas Burokas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauras Normantas in the 37th minute of play forced Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Ariel Gustau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daugirdas Burokas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Santio in the 40th minute of play. With a little luck, Legio X Eqvestris's Ariel Gustau got control of the ball when Karl-Michael Bremming tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 47 played minutes FC Alytus United got a freekick which was hit by Cafu Antunes. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luis Navarro in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daugirdas Burokas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Legio X Eqvestris were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Lauras Normantas made the kick off in the second half. Karl-Michael Bremming's late challenge caught a Legio X Eqvestris's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Michael Bremming helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Alytus United's Karl-Michael Bremming got a free kick in the 56th minute. FC Alytus United made a substitution. Saulius Inzaghi replaced Lauras Normantas. In the 62nd match minute, FC Alytus United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daavid Šembera to maneuver through the defense. Daugirdas Burokas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Navarro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingos Santio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daugirdas Burokas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Luis Navarros short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Daugirdas Burokas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ariel Gustau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saulius Inzaghi, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. FC Alytus United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Deividas Mencendorfs in the 93rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Tauras Wijnaldum got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ariel Gustau quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ariel Gustau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saulius Inzaghi, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Although FC Alytus United had been in control for most of the match, Legio X Eqvestris still came away with the win.
