Ömer Şahin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silas Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Necdet Yunus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CİCERO's Yağızalp Günden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Quiroga in the 11th minute of play. Silas Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geri Zekai in the 12th minute of the match. Silas Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taner Tuğkan in the 13th minute of play. Yağızalp Günden made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Ömer Şahin sent off a good shot on target. Yağızalp Günden made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antônio Carlos Galvan in the 17th minute. Silas Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Hamit Saye in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Federales FC Ψ OFF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Serter Haymanalı was slow to take the kick. During this time CİCERO's players had a chance to rest. Yağızalp Günden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Carlos Galvan, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 32nd minute Mustafa Hamit Saye shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silas Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yağızalp Günden made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antônio Carlos Galvan in the 37th minute. Silas Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taner Tuğkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Serter Haymanalı fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CİCERO's protests and gave Serter Haymanalı a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Federales FC Ψ OFF booed when CİCERO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serter Haymanalı didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After a rather tough play, Federales FC Ψ OFF's Angelo Gaskon got a free kick in the 50th minute. Yağızalp Günden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ömer Şahin, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 53 minutes CİCERO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Angelo Gaskon who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Federales FC Ψ OFF's corner Angelo Gaskon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yağızalp Günden quite easily take care of the ball. In the 59th minute, Antônio Carlos Galvan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yağızalp Günden was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 62 minutes, Ömer Şahin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Federales FC Ψ OFF and the CİCERO players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Federales FC Ψ OFF getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Thibaut Pheulpin hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, Federales FC Ψ OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Hamit Saye came free, but Silas Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ömer Şahin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. CİCERO made a substitution. Aybar Pozan replaced Tansel Cangun. After 71 played minutes Federales FC Ψ OFF got a freekick which was hit by Ömer Şahin. After 78 played minutes Federales FC Ψ OFF got a freekick which was hit by Thibaut Pheulpin. In the 80thth minute Aybar Pozan easily got through Federales FC Ψ OFF's defense and fired away a shot, but Silas Bastos leaped left and performed a fabulous save. After a rather tough play, Federales FC Ψ OFF's Mário Duarte got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Silas Bastos acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 83rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Serter Haymanalı. Taner Tuğkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silas Bastos having to interfere. The supporters of CİCERO booed when Federales FC Ψ OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mário Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Hamit Saye in the 95th minute of play forced Federales FC Ψ OFF's goalkeeper Silas Bastos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Federales FC Ψ OFF could leave the field as winners, despite CİCERO having more of the ball for most of the match.
