ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Saturnino Nieto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Ekelund in the 6th minute of play. In the 6thth minute of the game Sebastian Ekelund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Saturnino Nieto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sebastian Ekelund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 8th minute Sebastian Ekelund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Nieto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Sebastian Ekelund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saturnino Nieto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Saturnino Nieto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Ekelund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Sebastian Ekelund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saturnino Nieto. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Ekelund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucio Toxeiro got free with Jay Jowsey in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Saturnino Nieto came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Attard Gunners's Sebastian Ekelund. But to his dismay, Sebastian Ekelund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Nevada Etxeberria kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Jay Jowsey made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Lucio Toxeiro sent off a good shot on target. Saturnino Nieto came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Attard Gunners's Sebastian Ekelund. But to his dismay, Sebastian Ekelund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

Saturnino Nieto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Said in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of ALPUJARRAS LIBRE booed when Attard Gunners was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Grech didn't get a good kick on the ball. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Marques Gutierrez got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sebastian Ekelund took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saturnino Nieto. Saturnino Nieto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Tello Lopez kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's Gaston Cayuela was substituted for Tello Lopez. In the 74th minute, Tello Lopez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Said in the 76th minute of play forced ALPUJARRAS LIBRE's goalkeeper Saturnino Nieto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Attard Gunners's Sebastian Ekelund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Saturnino Nieto. Saturnino Nieto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Attard Gunners's Adrian Savona was substituted for Alan Said. Michael Testaferrata Olivier might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saturnino Nieto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Michael Testaferrata Olivier ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michael Testaferrata Olivier got free with Saturnino Nieto in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Attard Gunners's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
