The Black horses fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 40th match minute, Black horses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Maradona to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Wágner Recife's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valdis Felbergs was relentless in the 45th minute of the game.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cipriano Sauveur to strike the kick off in the second half. If Jakub Swierczok had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The corner ended in Toma Chinkov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but GALLERA TRABZON FK's Seyfullah Akkılıç did a great save. Jakub Swierczok's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Seyfullah Akkılıç read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
