After a defensive mix-up in Wyszyny's zone, Alessandro Del Piero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Kaczanka came out of the goal and Alessandro Del Piero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomir Serwacki came free, but Nicholas Ochavarri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Wyszyny's goalkeeper Robert Kaczanka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alessandro Del Piero. JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Nicholas Ochavarri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miroslaw Kisielka in the 13th minute of play. In the 17th minute Ludomir Serwacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicholas Ochavarri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Kaczanka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osorio Ubago in the 20th minute of the match. Victoro Cangas charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victoro Cangas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Wyszyny booed when JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoro Cangas didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gombal Lidon in the 26th minute of play forced Wyszyny's goalkeeper Robert Kaczanka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Kaczanka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gombal Lidon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute Ludomir Serwacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicholas Ochavarri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Przemyslaw Pilitowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicholas Ochavarri having to make a save. Wyszyny's attentive Jacek Kocieniewski managed to snatch the ball when Rodolfo Alves made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osorio Ubago in the 42nd minute of play forced Wyszyny's goalkeeper Robert Kaczanka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslaw Kisielka in the 44th minute of play forced JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's goalkeeper Nicholas Ochavarri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alessandro Del Piero came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Robert Kaczanka could save by the left post. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Wyszyny's Marian Hendzel was substituted for Igor Kapelski. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osorio Ubago to make the kick off. A collision led to Wyszyny getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Lucjan Wiater hit a great ball. Wyszyny's Robert Kaczanka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gombal Lidon in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Victoro Cangas hit a great ball. Wyszyny's Bogumil Mierzejewski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lilian Thuram in the 61 minute of the game. Nicholas Ochavarri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Przemyslaw Pilitowski in the 62nd minute of play. If Ludomir Serwacki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lilian Thuram kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Ludomir Serwacki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Nicholas Ochavarri made a huge save. Nicholas Ochavarri came out of the goal and Przemyslaw Pilitowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicholas Ochavarri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ludomir Serwacki in the 82nd minute. Ludomir Serwacki came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nicholas Ochavarri could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gombal Lidon in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robert Kaczanka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicholas Ochavarri came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Wyszyny's Ludomir Serwacki. But to his dismay, Ludomir Serwacki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Robert Kaczanka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osorio Ubago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Nicholas Ochavarri got control of the ball when Przemyslaw Pilitowski tried to sneak it across the goal line.
