With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfons Helström in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mattias Jansson saved Los Frogos from getting behind. Mattias Jansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vedat Arslanoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Jofurs Drängar's goalkeeper Kim Åkesson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christoffer Mårtensson. Los Frogos's Mattias Jansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vedat Arslanoğlu in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute Alfons Helström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Jansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Örjan Brenner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After some careless play in the Los Frogos defense, Alfons Helström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mattias Jansson. The Los Frogos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mattias Jansson should have stopped the shot. Mattias Jansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfons Helström, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Mattias Jansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfons Helström's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Kjell-Arne Skytt hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. If Tomas Godholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mattias Jansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfons Helström in the 33rd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Los Frogos's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons Helström came free, but Mattias Jansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfons Helström was extremely unlucky when he, in the 53rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Vedat Arslanoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Ekblom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kim Åkesson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play.
