Jerzy Konopka came out of the goal and Joris Scheer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute, Luiz Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Mosiniak in the 19th minute of play. Gortaty's Jerzy Konopka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Gortaty from getting a goal against them. Jerzy Konopka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardinho Abreu in the 22nd minute of the match. S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Mosiniak in the 27th minute of play. Joris Scheer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jerzy Konopka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joris Scheer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Cezary Mosiniak struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Armando Cerezo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gortaty. In the 40th minute, Joris Scheer made a precise shot to the right of Jerzy Konopka. Gortaty's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After 44 minutes of play, S.C.CHUÍ's Joris Scheer made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerzy Konopka was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gortaty's Jerzy Konopka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Gortaty from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joris Scheer was the one to do the kick off.
