In the 6th minute, Novak Djokovic ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlinhos Batata was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Carlinhos Batata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Novak Djokovic in the 9th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Novak Djokovic ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlinhos Batata was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 17th minute Min Hero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlinhos Batata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Novak Djokovic cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Carlinhos Batata was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manoel dos Santos in the 36th minute of play forced TaTeRo Boys's goalkeeper Bernardinho Sharkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlinhos Batata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Novak Djokovic, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute Novak Djokovic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlinhos Batata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

After a rather tough play, TaTeRo Boys's Piotr Czysty got a free kick in the 51st minute. Christer Lindqvist lost his temper 52 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 52nd minute, Christer Lindqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardinho Sharkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pan Nan Yuan in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th minute, Novak Djokovic left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TaTeRo Boys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by İrfan Ilgıt in the 66th minute of play forced TaTeRo Boys's goalkeeper Bernardinho Sharkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Operário Futebol Clube's Carlinhos Batata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Operário Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. After having played for 71 minutes, Novak Djokovic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TaTeRo Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Novak Djokovic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of TaTeRo Boys booed when Operário Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aybek Lami didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Novak Djokovic kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carlinhos Batata. That made the score 0-8 in the 79 minute of play. Bernardinho Sharkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reis Birsel in the 83rd minute of play. In the 88th match minute, TaTeRo Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaká Pontes to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute of the match TaTeRo Boys got a corner. Operário Futebol Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Min Hero ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on TaTeRo Boys's corner Min Hero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carlinhos Batata quite easily take care of the ball. The TaTeRo Boys supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TaTeRo Boys would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
