With a left leg Tiago Gabriel Cabral saved Vae Victis!! from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Vae Victis!!'s Emmanuel Gigliotti got a free kick in the 13th minute. Antônio Carlos Bueno struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Tiago Gabriel Cabral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AF CERRADO. Murilo Lucas scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiago Gabriel Cabral, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tiago Gabriel Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Paulista in the 25th minute of play. If Antônio Carlos Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arlindo Guedes made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Emmanuel Gigliotti sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Vae Victis!!'s Luís Eduardo Mangueira got a free kick in the 35th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dacian Măcriș to strike the kick off in the second half. Antônio Carlos Bueno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral made a huge save. Arlindo Guedes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agron Elmasllari in the 54th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as AF CERRADO's Antônio Carlos Bueno slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tiago Gabriel Cabral. That made the score 0-5 after 73 minutes of play. Antônio Carlos Bueno's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral firmly grabbed it by the left post. Vae Victis!!'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Murilo Lucas scored to the left of an out of position Tiago Gabriel Cabral, making the score, 0-6. AF CERRADO's Arlindo Guedes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Catarinense in the 84th minute of play. Antônio Carlos Bueno had several of the Vae Victis!!'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 89 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-7 score and a disappointed Tiago Gabriel Cabral as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauro Sarmento in the 93rd minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Arlindo Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
