Filcho Mavrikov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 8th minute, Grigoris Charalambidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filcho Mavrikov was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Filcho Mavrikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigoris Charalambidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The audience was convinced that Grigoris Charalambidis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filcho Mavrikov was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 20th minute, Grigoris Charalambidis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Bastion Juźkowa's Grzegorz Duszenski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Bastion Juźkowa from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Bastion Juźkowa's Grzegorz Duszenski got control of the ball when Kamen Kudev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Grigoris Charalambidis struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Filcho Mavrikov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bastion Juźkowa. Bastion Juźkowa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Froilan Erlantz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Grigoris Charalambidis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filcho Mavrikov having to make a save. Galabin Ovcharov made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Bastion Juźkowa's Froilan Erlantz. When Velimir Petzanov fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Bourgas's protests and gave Velimir Petzanov a yellow card for diving instead. Eddie Blount might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filcho Mavrikov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eddie Blount ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62nd minute, Hugon Gongola reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Filcho Mavrikov. The goal made the score 1-4. Grigoris Charalambidis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filcho Mavrikov having to make a save. In the 73rd minute Grigoris Charalambidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filcho Mavrikov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th match minute, FC Bourgas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Galabin Ovcharov to maneuver through the defense. Bastion Juźkowa's Benjamin Paranaense was substituted for Eddie Blount. In the 75th minute, Galabin Ovcharov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugon Gongola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Bastion Juźkowa's Zbigniew Zawacki ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Filcho Mavrikov. Filcho Mavrikov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. When Harvey Goodwin came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Bastion Juźkowa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harvey Goodwin couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute, Pencho Nikolkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FC Bourgas's Iliyan Praskov got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute, Zbigniew Zawacki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bastion Juźkowa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Filcho Mavrikov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zbigniew Zawacki's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. If Zbigniew Zawacki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FC Bourgas getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Apostol Artúchki hit a great ball.
