Harald Vallander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Angel Xabel made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Sérgio Aguero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magni Buffone was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. 11 minutes into the match, POSSE 1911 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Harald Vallander came free, but Angel Xabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Glemmingebro IF were awarded a corner. Peter Sjöström went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Glemmingebro IF's corner Peter Sjöström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Angel Xabel quite easily take care of the ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind POSSE 1911 FC's goalkeeper Angel Xabel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eustacio Dolfo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 21 minutes POSSE 1911 FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Peter Sjöström who took care of the corner kick. In the 28th minute, Lukas Lundgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Glemmingebro IF's Magni Buffone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Oinaz in the 31st minute of play. Angel Xabel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Vallander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, POSSE 1911 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Harald Vallander came free, but Angel Xabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Glemmingebro IF's Magni Buffone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Oinaz in the 38th minute of play. Magni Buffone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sérgio Aguero, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute, Harald Vallander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Glemmingebro IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0.

In the 51st match minute, POSSE 1911 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Dolfo to maneuver through the defense. If Harald Vallander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Angel Xabel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harald Vallander, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Angel Xabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harald Vallander in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute of the game Osmar Saldanha made a throw-in which Alfredo Di Marco played forward. Harald Vallander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angel Xabel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of POSSE 1911 FC's goalie and right to Sarhan Sarkhoh. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. POSSE 1911 FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Roman Oinaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Magni Buffone made a huge save. In the 74th match minute, Glemmingebro IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Sjöström to maneuver through the defense. Alfredo Di Marco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of POSSE 1911 FC booed when Glemmingebro IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Tanio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute Alfredo Di Marco managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Oinaz in the 82nd minute of play forced Glemmingebro IF's goalkeeper Magni Buffone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. POSSE 1911 FC were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Glemmingebro IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alfredo Di Marco took the corner. In the 87th minute, Roman Oinaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Roman Oinaz got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for POSSE 1911 FC. Magni Buffone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sérgio Aguero in the 93rd minute of the match. After 94 played minutes Glemmingebro IF got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Gökalp Altıparmak. 95 minutes into the game, POSSE 1911 FC's Lukas Lundgren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Magni Buffone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Glemmingebro IF fans cheered their team off the field, for while POSSE 1911 FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
