Zlatan BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ubaldo Padro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Per Hägglund hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When Benne Marichal fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Geetsvondel²'s Herald Wouqier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Padro in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Geetsvondel²'s goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Padro came free, but Herald Wouqier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. One of Geetsvondel²:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Zlatan BK:s goal. Herald Wouqier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Padro in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Benne Marichal made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ubaldo Padro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Herald Wouqier. The goal made the score 0-4. Jurgen Godts charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jurgen Godts the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd rose to their feet as Zlatan BK's Ubaldo Padro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Herald Wouqier. That made the score 0-5 after 66 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Geetsvondel²'s zone, Ubaldo Padro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herald Wouqier came out of the goal and Ubaldo Padro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Geetsvondel² booed when Zlatan BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pan Guo Qian didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute Karl-Oskar Kinnman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herald Wouqier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Zlatan BK's Karl-Oskar Kinnman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Herald Wouqier. Herald Wouqier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. In a very dangerous position, a player in Geetsvondel² fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! If Hannes Steenbecks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herald Wouqier made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Ubaldo Padro sent off a good shot on target. Herald Wouqier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ubaldo Padro went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Herald Wouqier was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Ubaldo Padro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ubaldo Padro really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. Ubaldo Padros short, quick shot in the 98thth minute got Herald Wouqier to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the final whistle sounded Zlatan BK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Geetsvondel².
