Birila Graña made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Bodo Oster sent off a good shot on target. When Janusz Skaradowski fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The tension between the Axenstein and the Claretiano FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Axenstein's Michele Rieger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daunte Campuzano in the 36th minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daunte Campuzano to strike the kick off in the second half. Favila Ribadass short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Michele Rieger to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Michele Rieger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jon Fuenmayor in the 74th minute of the match. Jon Fuenmayor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Michele Rieger made a huge save. In the 92nd match minute, Claretiano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jon Fuenmayor to maneuver through the defense. The Claretiano FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Claretiano FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
