Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Nina fc's Rubens Prata started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute Rubens Prata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Gelacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boni Yarman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Higinio Sansone made a huge save. In the 15thth minute of the game Rubens Prata who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's Romulo Gelacio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 17 minutes INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aldo Navarro who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Nina fc's Aldo Navarro to fire away a dangerous shot which Romulo Gelacio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Romulo Gelacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubens Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Rubens Prata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romulo Gelacio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Rubens Prata came free, but Romulo Gelacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Nina fc's Rubens Prata sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romulo Gelacio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aldo Navarro was slow to take the kick. During this time Nina fc's players had a chance to rest. In the 33rdth minute of the game Rubens Prata who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's Romulo Gelacio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rubens Prata took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romulo Gelacio. Romulo Gelacio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 42 played minutes Nina fc got a freekick which was hit by Stelian Nandriș. The INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nina fc were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Narciso Vergaray to make the kick off. A well-hit corner resulted in Sergio Berti heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Romulo Gelacio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 60th minute of the match Nina fc got a corner. INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aaron Euloxu ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Aaron Euloxu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Romulo Gelacio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 64 minutes into the match, Boni Yarman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Higinio Sansone. Nina fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boni Yarman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Higinio Sansone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Gabrio in the 74th minute of the match. Higinio Sansone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boni Yarman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romulo Gelacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Macerio in the 79th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saul Macerio in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romulo Gelacio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Macerio in the 83rd minute of play forced INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Romulo Gelacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Fulgencio Romildo sped through INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Romulo Gelacio. After 94 played minutes INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Petros Mousa. Nina fc's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
