An unexpectedly hard shot by Velimir Bostandzhiev in the 4th minute of play forced Heemskerk AC's goalkeeper Aureliusz Tomiczek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niculae Romanescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Arbaszewski in the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Heemskerk AC's goal looked a bit too open when Velimir Bostandzhiev came free, but Aureliusz Tomiczek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aureliusz Tomiczek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velimir Bostandzhiev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the game, Wincent Arbaszewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 28th minute Velimir Bostandzhiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliusz Tomiczek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Wincent Arbaszewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niculae Romanescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Wincent Arbaszewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Heemskerk AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wincent Arbaszewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niculae Romanescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wincent Arbaszewski in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niculae Romanescu saved CWKS KĘDZIERZYN from getting behind. Iwan Kasprzak hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Heemskerk AC's Cyprian Prokowski got a free kick in the 46th minute. Heemskerk AC's Aureliusz Tomiczek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Heemskerk AC from getting a goal against them. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
