After 12 played minutes Atlético São Sebastião got a freekick which was hit by Balthazar Steenberghs. 13 minutes into the match, Atlético São Sebastião's goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Pietrowski came free, but Qu Feng Bin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacek Fleszar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Cebo in the 23rd minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Atlético São Sebastião's goalkeeper Qu Feng Bin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stasio Kloczko. KP Karmel were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Atlético São Sebastião's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Feliks Konopka took the corner. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Maciej Pietrowski put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Qu Feng Bin. In the 91st minute, Jerzy Kosmatka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Maciej Pietrowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslaw Jeziorkowski in the 94th minute of play forced Atlético São Sebastião's goalkeeper Qu Feng Bin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atlético São Sebastião's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
