Okanalp Boyraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Bonanni having to interfere. Nasır SK's Ferit Ortan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Nasır SK from getting a goal against them. Piotr Nalaskowski came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ferit Ortan could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Nasır SK's Armağan Temizel got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 27th minute, Enrique Ceresso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piotr Nalaskowski got free with Ferit Ortan in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Nasır SK booed when BRAL VAL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Millan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 played minutes BRAL VAL got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinando Pennetta. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Piotr Nalaskowski in the 50th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferit Ortan saved Nasır SK from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Piotr Nalaskowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. BRAL VAL's supporters rose to their feet, but Piotr Nalaskowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferit Ortan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ferit Ortan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Piretti in the 71st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Piotr Nalaskowski in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferit Ortan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When BRAL VAL's Piotr Nalaskowski in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
