Mitch Lauwers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ni Zhen Feng in the 12th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thalis Papazisis in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mitch Lauwers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th minute of the match Baez FC got a corner. Minion Mim's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ruperto Ralondo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Minion Mim's Mitch Lauwers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thalis Papazisis in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goalkeeper Horacio Jesus Carvallo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascal Du Sausois. Mitch Lauwers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ni Zhen Feng in the 25th minute of play. Baez FC's Horacio Jesus Carvallo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Baez FC from getting a goal against them. Mitch Lauwers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ni Zhen Feng in the 29th minute of play. Mitch Lauwers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thalis Papazisis in the 32nd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Minion Mim's Horacio Jesus Carvallo threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ernst Herinckx, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 44 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joonatan Van Landewijck came free, but Horacio Jesus Carvallo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Roque Gartzen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ni Zhen Feng came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Baez FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ni Zhen Feng couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thalis Papazisis to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Ni Zhen Feng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mitch Lauwers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Minion Mim's goal looked a bit too open when Ni Zhen Feng came free, but Mitch Lauwers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Baez FC booed when Minion Mim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Will Wipp didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee ignored Baez FC's protests and gave Thalis Papazisis a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Baez FC's Thalis Papazisis got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Róbson Rossi's late challenge caught a Minion Mim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Róbson Rossi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Baez FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Róbson Rossi hit a great ball. The Baez FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Minion Mim from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
