Volvio Moreno's Manuel Loren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernandinho Albuquerque in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute of the match, Silverio Barrionuevo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcelinho Abraão saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 45 minutes into the match, Karaboudjan's goalkeeper Marcelinho Abraão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silverio Barrionuevo. Karaboudjan's Marcelinho Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Carlos Porto in the 47th minute of play. Karaboudjan's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
