Leandro Tibalt's late challenge caught a AC ALDO BONZI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leandro Tibalt helped the player get up and apologised. With his leg Zé Paulo Mendes managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when AC ALDO BONZI's Edelmiro Jago fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dave Blair's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé Paulo Mendes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Marcelo Goito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC ALDO BONZI's Arnoldo Canor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edelmiro Jago's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Zé Paulo Mendes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of AC ALDO BONZI booed when New Pi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gastón Turuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Paulo Mendes made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Edelmiro Jago sent off a good shot on target. Edelmiro Jago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Zé Paulo Mendes made a huge save. A hard shot 27 in the game by Edelmiro Jago from a close distance when the talented Zé Paulo Mendes managed to make a qualified save. New Pi's players were relieved. Edelmiro Jago's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Zé Paulo Mendes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 30 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Jago lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Zé Paulo Mendes. Zé Paulo Mendes made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Edelmiro Jago sent off a good shot on target. Isaac Laurendi kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Arnoldo Canor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Cordeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Cordeiro in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Canor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind AC ALDO BONZI's goalkeeper Arnoldo Canor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cayetano Cordeiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Goito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Arnoldo Canor made a huge save. Isaac Laurendi hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Zé Paulo Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octave De Coster in the 64th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the game, AC ALDO BONZI's Dave Blair nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Paulo Mendes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Arnoldo Canor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Cordeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Zé Paulo Mendes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Jago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. New Pi's Zé Paulo Mendes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Jago in the 76th minute of play. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC ALDO BONZI's goalkeeper Arnoldo Canor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Dave Blair sped through New Pi's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zé Paulo Mendes. AC ALDO BONZI made a substitution. Diego York replaced Dave Blair. When the referee ended the match the AC ALDO BONZI players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
