An unexpectedly hard shot by Karsten Nelausen in the 4th minute of play forced Palmeiras's goalkeeper Régis de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Fogedby came free, but Régis de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Long Dolby's Gerdt Trettvik was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Régis de Queirós in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 12th match minute, Long Dolby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Fogedby to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute Kurt Fogedby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Régis de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Qarabulud La Forgia could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Jimeno Eate however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Long Dolby getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Asger Nelth hit a great ball. 0-1 became the score in the 23rd minute when Karsten Nelausen elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Michel Sergipano kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Qarabulud La Forgia took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Jimeno Eate to make any attempt to save it. In the 31st minute Karsten Nelausen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Régis de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Régis de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karsten Nelausen in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Luke Clist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmeiras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Jimeno Eate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luke Clist, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Jimeno Eate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luke Clist in the 46th minute of play. Régis de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Fogedby in the 47th minute of play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kurt Fogedby made a kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Qarabulud La Forgia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Long Dolby's Jimeno Eate was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Palmeiras's Régis de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Bjarnov in the 54th minute of play. Long Dolby's Gerdt Trettvik got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luke Clist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimeno Eate read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Long Dolby were furious when Lejf Noll was red carded, 66 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 67th minute, Lejf Noll hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Palmeiras made a substitution. Tarcisio Reis replaced Kléberson Neiva. Palmeiras made a substitution. Dudu Capixaba replaced Michel Sergipano. Lejf Noll hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Valdir Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmeiras's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdir Lopes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimeno Eate breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luke Clist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jimeno Eate having to make a save. In the 76th play minute Karsten Nelausen came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Régis de Queirós. 2-2. Qarabulud La Forgia scored 3-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimeno Eate, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jimeno Eate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luke Clist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaf Bjarnov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute Qarabulud La Forgia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Eate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Roderick Oosterhof was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palmeiras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Long Dolby the free kick. Roderick Oosterhof hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Palmeiras's José Carlos Simões was substituted for Luke Clist. The supporters of Long Dolby booed when Palmeiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roderick Oosterhof didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimeno Eate didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Carlos Simões went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Palmeiras had won after a very even match.
