Erik Ljusberg started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Sporting Buceo's Máximo Correia got control of the ball when Erik Ljusberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mish Fútbol Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pepe Abastas in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Ljusberg came free, but Máximo Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iraklis Rapanos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matias Chumo charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matias Chumo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Matias Chumo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mish Fútbol Club's zone, Isaias Jakue stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boris Kerth came out of the goal and Isaias Jakue tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Sporting Buceo's Isaias Jakue in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Isaias Jakue's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boris Kerth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isaias Jakue in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boris Kerth saved Mish Fútbol Club from getting behind. 33 minutes into the game, Erik Ljusberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Máximo Correia. Erik Ljusberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ramón Arias made in the 37th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Filimon Gamburtsev however managed to control. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaias Jakue in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boris Kerth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After taking down the ball on Sporting Buceo's corner Iraklis Rapanos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Boris Kerth quite easily take care of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Mish Fútbol Club's Boris Kerth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Mish Fútbol Club from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Mish Fútbol Club defense, Isaias Jakue kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Boris Kerth. The Mish Fútbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Boris Kerth should have stopped the shot. Erik Ljusberg hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Quexal Gabas hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Ramón Arias made in the 72nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Mish Fútbol Club's Pepe Abastas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Fitriansyah in the 73rd minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Máximo Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Mish Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Boris Kerth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xinto Carreiras. 78 minutes into the match, Mish Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Boris Kerth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xinto Carreiras. After a rather tough play, Mish Fútbol Club's Ronaldo Fitriansyah got a free kick in the 90th minute. Boris Kerth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charly Good in the 93rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xinto Carreiras in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boris Kerth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sporting Buceo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
