In the 18thth minute of the game Ernesto Jaunzuria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Resistencia Tayrona FC's Stanislav Dvorskiy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Stanislav Dvorskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Jaunzuria in the 24th minute of play. Sabahattin Erten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Bonifaco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the game, Domingo Oinaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Resistencia Tayrona FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave United the free kick. A collision led to Resistencia Tayrona FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Mihnea Vasilian hit a great ball. Florencio Oihan kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ingmar Kracke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sabahattin Erten was relentless in the 49th minute of the game.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zlatan Gigant to strike the kick off in the second half. Taurino Hernaiz replaced Victorino Bonifaco. United made a substitution. Rolando Bela replaced Zlatan Gigant. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Alessandro Manzanal was substituted for Maore Tejerina. Ernesto Vermudo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. A hard shot 83 in the game by Taurino Hernaiz from a close distance when the talented Sabahattin Erten managed to make a qualified save. United's players were relieved.
