The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dedé Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernd Goldsche in the 6th minute of play. Diamantino Magalhães didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Diamantino Magalhães was a little too slow when Dündar Zeki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. Dündar Zeki might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diamantino Magalhães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dündar Zeki ran back to his position shaking his head. Diamantino Magalhães made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Dündar Zeki sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Dündar Zeki took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Diamantino Magalhães to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ booed when Academia Militar MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arí Pitta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's Dündar Zeki in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Academia Militar MZ's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dündar Zeki in the 32nd minute of play forced Academia Militar MZ's goalkeeper Diamantino Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diamantino Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dündar Zeki in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute Hélder Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diamantino Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dündar Zeki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dedé Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder Custódio in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Academia Militar MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Celil Yanal came free, but Diamantino Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Dündar Zeki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Diamantino Magalhães. Dündar Zeki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Diamantino Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dündar Zeki in the 45th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Dündar Zeki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Diamantino Magalhães. That made the score 6-0 in the 45 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Dündar Zeki made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Academia Militar MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilvan Cabral to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's Özbek Heper tried to score from far away in the 52nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Dedé Alves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernd Goldsche, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's Dündar Zeki got a free kick in the 56th minute. After 57 played minutes Academia Militar MZ got a freekick which was hit by Gilmar Torres. After a defensive mix-up in Academia Militar MZ's zone, Dündar Zeki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diamantino Magalhães came out of the goal and Dündar Zeki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diamantino Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dündar Zeki, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 62 minutes Academia Militar MZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Özbek Heper who took care of the corner kick. Dündar Zeki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Diamantino Magalhães having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dündar Zeki in the 67th minute of play forced Academia Militar MZ's goalkeeper Diamantino Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diamantino Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özbek Heper in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute Dündar Zeki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dündar Zeki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 74th minute, Dündar Zeki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kartal Yaruk hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Dedé Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernd Goldsche in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hjalmar Pettersson in the 81st minute of play forced Academia Militar MZ's goalkeeper Diamantino Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hjalmar Pettersson took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diamantino Magalhães. Diamantino Magalhães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Hjalmar Pettersson put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Diamantino Magalhães. YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
