Erik Thorstvedt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacob Albuquerque went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 25 minutes into the match, Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Jacob Albuquerque came free, but Erik Thorstvedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacob Albuquerque was the one to do the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Jacob Albuquerque who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's Erik Thorstvedt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erik Thorstvedt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacob Albuquerque's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. When Jacob Albuquerque came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the La Candela FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacob Albuquerque couldn't finish the play. Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's Erik Thorstvedt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Barrikako Herensugeak F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 76th minute Daniel Borsos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Thorstvedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
