Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hans Otterlei in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hando Festini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 9th minute Carlos Tello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Delfino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Cosa Nostra's Joel Delfino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Tello in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Hans Otterlei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hando Festini. Azzurri FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hans Otterlei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Azzurri FC's goalkeeper Hando Festini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Hans Otterlei managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Cosa Nostra's supporters rose to their feet, but Hans Otterlei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hando Festini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of La Cosa Nostra booed when Azzurri FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jules Barrett didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Hans Otterlei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Azzurri FC's Hando Festini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joel Delfino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Tello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Delfino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Tello in the 29th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, La Cosa Nostra's Hans Otterlei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hando Festini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kendrick Schumacher got free with Joel Delfino in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hans Otterlei scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hando Festini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jules Barrett was the one to do the kick off. Hans Otterlei in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hando Festini, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Joel Delfino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Tello, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Joel Delfino came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Azzurri FC's Carlos Tello. But to his dismay, Carlos Tello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. La Cosa Nostra's Joel Delfino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norman Ayala in the 68th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Hans Otterlei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. La Cosa Nostra's Joel Delfino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jules Barrett in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Azzurri FC's Jules Barrett got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Azzurri FC's goalkeeper Hando Festini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Azzurri FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing La Cosa Nostra to win.
