The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gigel Uncheşu got free with 谢永榕 in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rasnita's Flavius Ferenț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 邵耀兴 in the 7th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Gigel Apăvăloaie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Rasnita's Radu Macri slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 谢永榕. That made the score 1-1 after 17 minutes of play. Flavius Ferenț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 邵耀兴, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by 邵耀兴 in the 24th minute of play forced Rasnita's goalkeeper Flavius Ferenț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 邵耀兴 took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavius Ferenț. Flavius Ferenț dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 邵耀兴 in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavius Ferenț prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Radu Macri hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, 邵耀兴 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavius Ferenț. Rasnita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 邵耀兴 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 47 minutes into the game, REAL VASCO RIO's 邵耀兴 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavius Ferenț made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4.

A collision led to REAL VASCO RIO getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ricardo Cosme hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Rasnita's Horaţiu Chelbea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 谢永榕 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Cunea in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 谢永榕 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 58 minutes, Alex Cunea made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. REAL VASCO RIO's 谢永榕 tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 60 played minutes Rasnita got a freekick which was hit by Gigel Apăvăloaie. A sloppy throw-in by Gigel Apăvăloaie in the 62nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by REAL VASCO RIO's Franklin Galvão. In the 64th minute, Radu Macri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. REAL VASCO RIO's 谢永榕 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radu Macri in the 68th minute of play. 谢永榕 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rareș Vanghelie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, REAL VASCO RIO's 邵耀兴 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. Flavius Ferenț stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 邵耀兴's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Gigel Apăvăloaie's late challenge caught a REAL VASCO RIO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gigel Apăvăloaie helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute of the game Gigel Apăvăloaie made a throw-in which Luca Dragoș played forward. In the 83rd minute Radu Macri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 谢永榕 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rasnita's Radu Macri in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye REAL VASCO RIO's goalie prevented a goal. Although Rasnita had been in control for most of the match, REAL VASCO RIO still came away with the win.
