In the 12th minute of the match, Jan Gleba tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jorginho Vaz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jan Gleba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Jorginho Vaz made a huge save. Jorginho Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustinian Gafița in the 20th minute of play. Edgard Macedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorrin Pla having to make a save. In the 25th minute, CD Golozos's Csaba Koncz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Csaba Koncz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of CD Golozos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Csaba Koncz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Edgard Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, CD Golozos's Vicente Rodríguez got a free kick in the 33rd minute. When CD Golozos's Barros Guau in 36 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Jorginho Vaz guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 任浩默 scored 0-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jorrin Pla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Pirlo in the 43rd minute of play forced CD Golozos's goalkeeper Jorrin Pla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Portuguesa's zone, Barros Guau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorginho Vaz came out of the goal and Barros Guau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Portuguesa's Jorginho Vaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Portuguesa from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
If 任浩默 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by CD Golozos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 任浩默 was slow to take the kick. During this time Portuguesa's players had a chance to rest. Portuguesa's Silvério Bittencourt was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jorrin Pla in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Portuguesa's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 任浩默 in the 61st minute. The corner ended in 任浩默 almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CD Golozos's Jorrin Pla did a great save. When Portuguesa's Holger Zachrisson in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CD Golozos's goalie prevented a goal. Jorrin Pla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Zachrisson in the 65th minute of the match. Barros Guau struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Jorginho Vaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Golozos. Jan Gleba hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Jorrin Pla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holger Zachrisson, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 70 minutes CD Golozos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 任浩默 who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Portuguesa's corner Edgard Macedo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jorrin Pla quite easily take care of the ball. Barros Guau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorginho Vaz having to interfere. Jan Gleba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorrin Pla made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when 任浩默 sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Golozos's goalkeeper Jorrin Pla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 92nd minute Barros Guau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorginho Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Portuguesa had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
