Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wawrzyniec Bielecki in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Malcolm Wall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 7th match minute, Pauliström was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Hansson to maneuver through the defense. Thor Abrahamsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Gustaw Kosmatka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pauliström's goalkeeper Malcolm Wall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karpaty Krosno's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcin Galaska in the 18th minute. After taking down the ball on Karpaty Krosno's corner Wawrzyniec Bielecki fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Malcolm Wall quite easily take care of the ball. Gustaw Kosmatka made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Folke Melin sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Pauliström getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Alf Hansson hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Marcin Galaska shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Malcolm Wall showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 24th play minutes Wawrzyniec Bielecki shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Malcolm Wall and just under the crossbar into goal. Gustaw Kosmatka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Näver, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Malcolm Wall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcin Galaska in the 31st minute of the match. In the 36thth minute of the game Wawrzyniec Bielecki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pauliström's Malcolm Wall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wojciech Kluska's late challenge caught a Pauliström's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wojciech Kluska helped the player get up and apologised. If Wawrzyniec Bielecki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Karpaty Krosno's Ulryk Lamczyk got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute of the match Thor Abrahamsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gustaw Kosmatka showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pauliström's goalkeeper Malcolm Wall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Pauliström players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Karpaty Krosno were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wawrzyniec Bielecki to strike the kick off in the second half. Malcolm Wall made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Cyprian Gizynski sent off a good shot on target. 51 minutes into the match, Pauliström's goalkeeper Malcolm Wall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cyprian Gizynski. Gustaw Kosmatka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Andberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wawrzyniec Bielecki in the 62nd minute of play forced Pauliström's goalkeeper Malcolm Wall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th match minute, Pauliström was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ralf Högberg to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Marcin Galaska in the 75th minute really tested Malcolm Wall's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Wawrzyniec Bielecki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malcolm Wall having to interfere. Wawrzyniec Bielecki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Malcolm Wall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karpaty Krosno's Cyprian Gizynski got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Malcolm Wall successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Karpaty Krosno booed when Pauliström was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thor Abrahamsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Alf Hansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcin Galaska took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Malcolm Wall. Pauliström's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wawrzyniec Bielecki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Malcolm Wall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. The Karpaty Krosno players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
